F24-CJ: No
Rationale
The selected cjdns forwarding/session composition sends encrypted packets over available paths and maintains or rediscovers reachability. Its session and switch interfaces do not express receiver wake intervals or hold delivery until a shared listening opportunity. No sleep-aware link or application scheduler is selected.
Assessment method
Primary specification and pinned code review; no runtime experiment
Source context
Meshtastic power FSM, cjdns forwarding and batman-adv transmission
Outstanding qualification
Session persistence, temporary buffering and rediscovery after interruption are not coordination of planned reception. A separately provided scheduled underlay could add that capability; it is not part of this column. This is a bounded documentary/source inference for the pinned composition, not a claim that every possible cjdns deployment must keep its hardware continuously powered.
