F23-RT: No

Rationale

The selected active Link over serial interfaces is bound to its attached interface and established per-hop Link-table entries. Sending uses that interface, and Link reception rejects another interface. Announce/path discovery updates destination reachability, not the active Link bindings. The apparent LRPROOF rebalancing mechanism is establishment-time: transit hop adjustment requires an unvalidated entry, and endpoint proof validation operates while the Link is PENDING. It is not an active-Link handover mechanism. Thus the selected stack does not supply migration of ongoing Link communication to a new attachment path without Link establishment. This does not deny stable destination identity, reconnection, or movement that leaves the same logical attachment/path intact; unselected radio or lower-layer roaming mechanisms are not credited.
