F23-NS: No
Rationale
NIP-01 subscriptions belong to individual WebSocket connections and end when the connection closes. In the selected WSS stack, an access change that breaks those connections requires new connections and new REQ messages; reusing a subscription identifier does not resume the previous subscription. This fails F23 continuity of ongoing logical communication. Author keys and signed events remain valid, and a new request can retrieve retained events with time filters. Those are valuable identity and history properties, but are not subscription migration. Two relays do not remove this lifecycle rule when both connections are lost. This No does not claim that mobile Nostr clients cannot reconnect or recover history.
