F22-YG: No

Rationale

The selected numeric-peer, pinned-key composition routes toward a specified node identity/address. Yggdrasil documents link-local multicast auto-peering separately and explicitly leaves name/service lookup outside its scope. No shared-interest discovery selector or service directory is selected here. Local auto-peering must not be credited as an arbitrary common-reference participant lookup, nor silently added to the numeric IPv4 peer profile. This No is scoped to the declared composition: it does not deny that Yggdrasil can discover adjacent peers, and it does not exclude application discovery protocols layered above it. Unlike the selected Reticulum aspect filter or Meshtastic channel NodeInfo, this profile provides no corresponding shared-reference participant-discovery witness.
