F22-CJ: No

Rationale

The selected route-server design resolves a specified source and target address. Its gr handler looks up that target in the node inventory and returns one destination public key and routing label when a route exists. Replicating announcements and route servers distributes reachability data; it does not turn the query into discovery of independent participants declaring one shared reference. The profile uses private known-peer credentials and no public beacon advertisement. Public peering directories, DNS seeders or an application rendezvous service are not silently added. This No concerns the current composition, not a claim that cjdns cannot transport a discovery application.

Assessment method

Pinned selected route-server query source analysis; no execution
