Rationale
For client-to-onion-service delivery, the selected filesystem client authorization is restricted descriptor discovery. It does not expose the authorized client's authenticated identity to the receiving service. Optional HAProxy export supplies a circuit identifier, not that identity. The specified introduction-phase Ed25519 user authentication is explicitly unimplemented and is not part of this selected stack. The reverse direction still authenticates the onion service.
