Rationale
The selected base I2P destination/tunnel composition does not include an authenticated datagram or Streaming protocol. I2P's official API guide states that the base message is raw and lacks a From address. Authenticated Datagram1/2 add a signed sender/payload format above I2CP. That is a viable explicit alternative stack, but is not silently added to this column.
