F18-CX: Yes

Rationale

A bounded staged-pull witness uses the same signed Content Object through A-B, then B-C, then C-D contacts, never an A-D path. Local requesters at B and C solicit the object; each forwarder admits the matching response into its Content Store. After the upstream contact ends, the next requester triggers cache forwarding. No application mailbox or additional wire protocol is required.

Assessment method

Documentary bounded witness; no runtime or API test

Source context

RFC 8569 CCNx Content Store, cache control and signature semantics

Outstanding qualification

Documentary composition, not an executed test. Enable cache admission/serving with enough capacity at B and C; preconfigure names, routes and trusted producer keys. Complete before expiration and eviction, keep caches alive, and validate the original signature. Native pulls are required: no autonomous push, guaranteed custody or delivery is claimed.
