F11-CX: Yes
Rationale
An enabled CCNx Content Store can retain an admitted signed Content Object and satisfy a later matching Interest after the producer disconnects. RFC 8569 sections 2.4.3, 2.4.5 and 4 define admission, lookup and expiration independently of a live producer connection.
Assessment method
Documentary bounded witness; no runtime or API test
Source context
RFC 8569 CCNx Content Store, cache control and signature semantics
Outstanding qualification
Capability requires positive cache capacity, admission and serving enabled, retention through the bounded interval, and valid content. The optional cache has no custody commitment or restart-durability guarantee. Execute retrieval with the producer disconnected and negative tests for expiry and eviction.
