F10-CX: Yes

Rationale

Athena supplies an active proactive replication path: a FIB prefix maps to a set of links, _processInterest sends the Interest to that entire set, and the adapter iterates all send-ready links without a loss timer. With two distinct UDP branches holding the same signed object, both replicas can return payload before any loss is detected. The first matching response consumes the PIT entry, suppressing later responses for that satisfied request at the convergence point.

Assessment method

Bounded documentary composition and source-path analysis; no runtime execution

Source context

Primary RPL/6LoWPAN RFCs and pinned Athena source

Outstanding qualification

Bounded content-retrieval witness: use a local cache miss, two independently reachable replica branches, adequate hop limit and identical immutable signed bytes selected by a known object-hash restriction. Request replication alone is not payload replication; both replicas must respond before any loss-driven retry. Different faces alone do not prove physical diversity. This source-backed capability does not certify runtime timing, resource costs, end-to-end signature implementation or corruption resistance; E03/F21 remain separate. It is request-driven redundant retrieval, not unsolicited publisher push or a universal default policy.
