F09-TS: Yes
Rationale
When a known UDP path has outlived its trust interval, addrForSendLocked can return both that path and DERP. The data send method then sends the same packet buffers on both paths, not merely discovery probes.
Assessment method
Pinned source inspection and official purpose statement; no runtime experiment
Source context
Tailscale magicsock and packet filter, official privacy statement
Outstanding qualification
Transient overlap during path revalidation qualifies under concurrent useful data paths. No continuous bandwidth aggregation, physically disjoint links or user-selectable multipath service is claimed.
