Round 0.38: the ordinary Java client pipeline at 37039e6594f1372368f0c1cf8258cdaf805a7fb4 caches a tunnel per destination pair. Architectural concurrency requires an explicit scheduler binding; it is not demonstrated by that default pipeline.
