Rationale
The selected application-UDP stack identifies a final endpoint by ISD-AS and host address, without an added locator-independent cryptographic participant reference. SCION infrastructure trust and path authentication do not by themselves bind an application participant to such a reference. Adding endpoint TLS or another identity layer would change this column.
