Rationale
The selected SCION deployment explicitly uses an IPv4/UDP underlay. The official deployment tutorial configures IP/UDP addresses for routers and services. This is a profile-specific negative: SCION packet-carried paths do not make the chosen underlay disappear, and alternate link realizations are not silently added.
