E05-RT: Yes

Rationale

Ed Braaten (N7EKB) documents his own Reticulum messaging setup: a phone running Sideband, RNode radio links and a home relay with LXMF propagation. Published January and March 2026 status snapshots corroborate traffic and message handling. This is an external radio operator using the network for communication.

Assessment method

Owner-approved adoption rule and primary operator evidence

Source context

Named operator account; reviewed 2026-10-25

Outstanding qualification

This deployment combines LoRa, TCP, Bluetooth, LXMF and a Tailscale backup. The status identifies rnstatus 1.0.0; the selected column uses a different serial/IFAC composition. Snapshot counters do not prove uninterrupted operation or qualify that selected configuration. E05 uses the owner-approved adoption rule from revision 6.40. Deployment differences are disclosed rather than imported into the technical column. Independence is assessed from public operator attribution and role, not a private affiliation audit. No runtime, security, uptime or full-profile certification is implied.
