Rationale
The i2CAT 2018 annual report describes IRATI used by Ciena, BT, i2CAT and TSSG for a multi-operator virtual-network proof of concept at the Telecom Infra Project Summit. This is attributable demonstration evidence, but it does not document independent operational use beyond demonstrations. It therefore does not settle this adoption criterion.
