Find an attributable independent operator account of actual use and its purpose. Document known dates, versions and deployment components. Downloads, tutorials alone, node lists, announcements and research-only demonstrations do not suffice. Yes requires documented use; No requires confirmed absence; otherwise Pending. E05 uses the owner-approved adoption rule from revision 6.40. Deployment differences are disclosed rather than imported into the technical column. Independence is assessed from public operator attribution and role, not a private affiliation audit. No runtime, security, uptime or full-profile certification is implied.
