Rationale
Hernandez Ortiz, Quiroz Puentes and Rugeles publish controlled Meshtastic radio measurements using identified Heltec and RAK4631 hardware, modem presets, attenuation steps and a 50-packet-per-step procedure. Packet error, RSSI and SNR results assess the LoRa radio mechanism used by the selected stack. This external experimental report meets revised E04 despite the missing firmware release pin.
