E04-MQ: Yes
Rationale
Kramer et al. (2022), On the Potential of MP-QUIC as Transport Layer Aggregator for Multiple Cellular Networks, publish Picoquic measurements in a Mininet/Minitopo environment. Section 4 describes trace-derived varying paths, application execution and log processing; Tables 4–5 report goodput and completion times for 40 MB downloads. This measures the existing multipath transfer mechanism, not only a theoretical capacity model.
Assessment method
Revised E04 documentary assessment; no new runtime measurement
Source context
External Electronics 2022 Picoquic measurement study, Section 4 and Tables 4–5
Outstanding qualification
The research team is distinct from the Private Octopus implementation owner. Its demo-client extension scripts path addition/removal; it is an external evaluation with disclosed adaptation, not an unmodified baseline. Capacity and latency are estimated from radio traces, not direct measurements of simultaneous multi-operator radio service. Historical Picoquic results do not establish multipath-21 equivalence, the selected PQ configuration, authentication policy, proactive duplication or current performance. Exact build/replay artifacts are not required by revised E04. No new execution or exhaustive affiliation audit.
