E04-LI: Yes
Rationale
Haeri, Gill, Hay, Wong and Trajkovic publish an external SFU/BCNET LISP testbed study, describing topology, traffic and results for multihoming, traffic distribution and recovery from link failures. The relevant measured mechanism is EID-to-RLOC forwarding across alternative attachments. Revised E04 accepts this historical measurement despite the BitTorrent workload and missing router release pin.
Assessment method
Reassessment under owner-approved independent-measurement criterion; no new execution
Source context
Multihoming with Locator/ID Separation Protocol: An Experimental Testbed (2015), section III
Outstanding qualification
This is evidence of measured LISP multihoming behavior, not application-UDP throughput, current RFC 9300/9301 conformance or single-flow packet-level multipath. The study predates those RFCs; workload and router configuration differ from the selected profile. Aggregate transfer results do not resolve F09.
