E04-CJ: Yes

Rationale

Moritz Warning’s separately maintained meshnet-lab publishes a scenario, method and raw measurements. The reviewed grid CSV has 30 observations on 49 emulated nodes, each with 200 probes after an increasing startup delay. The measured mechanism is route convergence and packet delivery. This qualifies under revised E04; exact reproduction of the selected configuration is not required. The report identifies cjdns 20.6. At the last recorded delay of 58 seconds the CSV reports 197 of 200 replies.

Assessment method

Revised E04 documentary reassessment; CSV consistency and provenance review, no runtime experiment

Source context

External meshnet-lab campaign, retained raw CSV and implementation attribution review

Outstanding qualification

The retained launcher generates its configuration and does not pin the selected private IPv4/UDP peering. Credit cjdns route formation and native endpoint delivery; do not transfer transport-specific overhead or private-peer authorization conclusions. Independent attribution rests on the external comparative laboratory and distinct implementation maintainers. The reviewed GitHub contributor lists contain no mwarning entry (Yggdrasil 51, cjdns 188, batman-adv mirror 113 entries); this supports attribution but is not proof of no affiliation or an exhaustive identity/conflict audit. Network-namespace emulation and historical configuration constrain applicability. The README’s linked driver is a Yggdrasil-only variant; the general multi-protocol driver was recovered in round609. No new benchmark, cross-protocol ranking, global-scale conclusion or current-version guarantee is claimed.
