E03-RI: Pending
Rationale
New approved IPv6 IoT / RPL composition. No verdict is inherited from plain IP or another selected stack. Assess the explicit 6LoWPAN, routing, UDP and end-to-end DTLS profile together.
Assessment method
Column registration and research inventory
Source context
Primary standards for the declared composition; no new implementation qualification
Outstanding qualification
Locate public code, exact version, license texts, dependencies and supported profile scope. A private checkout or absent implementation files in a specification mirror does not decide public availability. Preserve the declared PSK-only DTLS, RPL mode and leaf/forwarder roles; do not substitute a cloud broker or an application-security layer.
