Rationale
i2pd 2.58.0 publishes the NTCP2 transport, netDB, tunnel, Destination and client API implementation under BSD-3-Clause. Its CMake source declares the public Boost/OpenSSL-based build; a Linux build without optional UPnP supplies the selected transport and local-bootstrap mechanisms. No proprietary I2P engine is required.
