The official babeld 1.13.1 release archive includes the previously unavailable rfc6234 source: sha.h and the SHA implementation carry the IETF BSD-style three-clause grant. Together with babeld MIT, BLAKE2 Apache-2.0 option, Linux GPL-2.0 and the GNU C runtime, this closes the source/license witness for IPv6/Babel.
