E01-CG: Yes

Rationale

The Hardy public interoperability record reports BPv7 echo exchange with NASA HDTN v2.0.0: the retained results dated 2026-07-07 identify Hardy v0.2.0 and 100/100 returned pings for HDTN. The test documentation describes requests and responses in both initiation directions over TCPCLv4; its implementation overview marks the HDTN test Passing. Hardy supplies a native Rust BPv7 parser/builder and BPA, while the Docker recipe builds unmodified NASA HDTN from its v2.0.0 source tag. These are separately developed BP implementations, not wrappers of one BP engine. Under E01 bounded-function credit, this establishes public reported interoperability for the BPv7 bundle exchange common to this column.

Assessment method

Documentary interoperability report review; only common BPv7 exchange credited

Source context

Public Hardy/HDTN test report, pinned test configuration and separately implemented BPv7 source paths

Outstanding qualification

Credit is restricted to BPv7 bundle exchange. TLS is explicitly disabled in the HDTN test, and the echo configuration supplies no evidence of BIB-HMAC-SHA2/BCB-AES-GCM policy interoperability. No CGR/SABR contact-plan routing, mobility or route-selection interoperability is qualified. The source snapshot pins the report and current harness, not every byte of the historical run: the report names Hardy v0.2.0 but the retained repository has later changes. No packet captures or full historical logs were inspected, and no test was rerun here. The summary runner tolerates test-script errors and extracts RTT statistics; its 100/100 row alone is not proof that every test phase passed. The separate public Passing statement is attributed to the implementer. No E04 independent performance qualification, security audit, complete-stack implementation qualification or production-operation claim follows.
