D03-CX: Yes
Rationale
The socket-based CCNx implementation uses ordinary host computation and standard IP/UDP sockets. Its documented Linux and macOS deployments and software library dependencies require no specialized radio, cryptographic accelerator or secure element for this composition.
Assessment method
Documentary and source review; no new runtime execution
Source context
Primary specifications, retained implementation sources and deployment documentation
Outstanding qualification
Credit the hardware dependency boundary only. No performance, present-day build compatibility or complete selected-profile execution is inferred. Do not substitute the VPP/raw-Ethernet variant.
