D03-BP: Yes

Rationale

The same published HDTN build supports ordinary x86-64 Linux hosts and ARM platforms. TCPCLv4/TLS and BPv7/BPSec operate over standard network interfaces; specialized acceleration and RDSEED options can be disabled. Space-qualified radios or custom forwarding hardware are not mandatory for this IP-based profile.

Assessment method

Documentary classification; no new runtime, interoperability or security experiment

Source context

Primary documents, published reports and versioned source review, 2026-10-15

Outstanding qualification

Commodity hardware is a functional requirement finding, not a throughput target or a space-link qualification. This does not transfer to the separately selected non-IP LTP/AOS column.
