Rationale
The documented router runs as a userspace process and exposes host IPv6 through TUN. The selected TCP/TLS peerings use ordinary IP interfaces. This supported Linux userspace configuration needs no project-specific kernel module or kernel rebuild. Stock Linux TUN support must be available; D02 explicitly permits stock networking drivers. A host that omits or prohibits TUN is not this witness.
