Rationale
The Java router is distributed for Linux with Java 8 or later. The selected NTCP2 transport uses the host TCP stack; destination and tunnel processing are software operations. This supported Linux userspace configuration needs no project-specific kernel module or kernel rebuild. The operating system provides ordinary TCP/IP sockets.
