D02-CX: Yes
Rationale
The documented socket-based CCNx forwarder uses standard userspace dependencies. Pinned Metis creates AF_INET/SOCK_DGRAM sockets for the selected UDP path; its CMake dependencies include Libevent, OpenSSL and CCNx libraries, not an added networking kernel module. Ubuntu is a documented host platform.
Assessment method
Documentary and source review; no new runtime execution
Source context
Primary specifications, retained implementation sources and deployment documentation
Outstanding qualification
This is a deployment-dependency finding. Stock IP/UDP support is required; raw Ethernet and VPP modes are not selected. Exact RFC revision, ECDSA producer integration and a fresh build remain unqualified in E03. No privilege-free or runtime-conformance claim.
