On ordinary Linux, the inspected go-libp2p QUIC connection manager creates net.ListenUDP sockets. With a nonprivileged listening port, user-owned peer keys and the selected known-peer configuration, routine endpoint operation requires neither raw sockets nor route administration. Provisioning the underlying network remains administrative; NAT helpers are not selected.
