D01-CX: Yes
Rationale
The selected Ubuntu userspace CCNx/UDP path has a concrete ordinary-socket implementation: pinned Metis UdpListener creates AF_INET/SOCK_DGRAM, sets nonblocking mode and SO_REUSEADDR, and binds the configured address. Select a port above the privileged range and user-owned configuration/key files on an already provisioned IPv4 attachment. Local CCNx name-prefix forwarding and producer signing do not require changing shared host routes or interface addresses.
Assessment method
Documentary privilege-boundary plausibility; no new execution
Source context
Pinned Metis UDP and forwarder source; retained user-key and deployment evidence
Outstanding qualification
Plausible userspace endpoint configuration, not a measured complete executable. Retain the UDP-only profile; raw Ethernet and VPP are not selected. Configure local control/client sockets and writable state under the user, with no privileged port or continuing elevated helper. Previously identified ECDSA codec integration gaps remain in E03-CX; this verdict does not assert that the pinned sample signs correctly without integration work. No new build or UID/capability execution occurred.
