C06-PN: Yes

Rationale

For C06 explicitly select the author-approved successor fast-path architecture, rather than importing its properties into retained wire-v4 onion framing. TPA candidate section 7 scopes selectors to each hop and realization, without global context-ID semantics or mandatory full-path disclosure. Successor proposal section 10 carries opaque requester-to-current-peer communication over installed scoped state and forbids an intermediate aggregator from terminating that protected session on the requester's behalf. The author confirms that the identity used with the aggregator does not reveal the distinct identity used in the protected fast path. In this established, protected composition, visible local forwarding selectors identify a segment operation rather than the final identity pair; final-channel identities remain within that channel. This supports Yes at the architectural/documentary level used for the matrix's other bounded witnesses.

Assessment method

Primary documentation and pinned source review; no runtime experiment

Source context

TPA hop-local semantics, successor protected forwarding and author identity-scope clarification

Outstanding qualification

Criterion-specific architectural witness: established authorized fast paths, hop-local selectors and protected adjacency/final channels with distinct scoped identities; no deliberately exported identity binding or diagnostic route map. An intermediate observes its own neighboring peers and local input/output mapping; the final endpoint knows its own authenticated peer. These are not a global final-peer identifier. The conclusion does not assert traffic unlinkability against timing, volume or combined external identity disclosures; timing/volume belongs to C07. Exact wire encoding, installation, bootstrap and implementation/security admission remain separately unqualified. The selected C06 successor witness is recorded explicitly in both column descriptions; other criteria retain their existing profiles and evidence. It does not retroactively qualify the historical onion annex.
