C06-IP: No

Rationale

The selected unencapsulated IPv4/IPv6 service carries source and destination addresses in the visible packet header. An observer on the routed path can associate that communicating address pair within the traffic. Rotating the source between contexts does not hide the pair during a communication.

Assessment method

Primary documentary assessment under revised criterion; no runtime experiment

Source context

Pinned PRP architecture worktree and IP RFCs

Outstanding qualification

This column selects raw IP/ICMP, not application TCP/UDP, so transport ports are not required for this finding. The exposed address pair suffices; no legal-person identification or timing inference is assumed. The old temporary-address configuration remains part of the profile but no longer satisfies revised C06. No IPsec or privacy tunnel is silently added.
