C05-RI: Yes
Rationale
The selected RPL/6LoWPAN deployment uses a locally provisioned ULA prefix, numeric final-peer addresses and locally provisioned pairwise DTLS PSKs. Initial route formation and peer authentication therefore require no external DNS cache or service.
Assessment method
Documentary packet and dependency inventory; no traffic capture
Source context
Primary specifications and explicitly configured bootstrap/trust profiles
Outstanding qualification
Ordinary link admission, neighbor registration, a reachable RPL root and correct PSKs remain prerequisites. No cloud provisioning or certificate lookup is introduced. Runtime cold-start capture remains unperformed.
