Rationale
In the selected bidirectional profile, LTP cancellation processing can return a cancel acknowledgment before any BP payload authentication. RFC 5326 section 6.17 queues the response when the corresponding return queue exists, including when session state has already gone. BPSec authenticates bundle content, not these LTP control segments; no adjacent authentication or probe-concealment extension is selected.
