C02-ND: No

Rationale

The selected NDN profile exposes the requested Name to the first forwarder; known content/key names and local forwarding state are not protected by an anonymity layer. Returned ECDSA-signed Data requires a visible KeyLocator, which identifies the signing key by name or digest. A routed producer request therefore does not have a mechanism concealing its named target and producer provenance from that intermediary. This does not mean a Name is a host locator, that the signer is necessarily the serving node, or that the forwarder always knows a physical producer location. A cache can answer without contacting the producer, but absence of a live producer destination is not evidence that a contacted final endpoint is concealed. Consumer non-identification in C06 is a distinct property. No onion-routing or name-encryption extension is selected.

Assessment method
